Question: How do you hire the stand?

Answer: We hire balloon stand for 3 days at 1000sh and cake stand at 700sh per stand, due to security purposes one has to pay the full amount of the stand then on the returning day we deduct the hiring charge fee, that’s if the customer adheres to the agreement but if one exceeds the three days we charge an extra cost of 300sh per stand per day.

Question: Do you do deliveries?

Answer: Yes, we do facilitate deliveries via any mode preferred and chosen by the customer. We offer same-day delivery services for all orders.

Delivery within Nairobi is done within 2 hours upon confirmation and payment of order.

For delivery cost to specific locations kindly contact our agents via WhatsApp.

For delivery to areas outside Nairobi, the delivery time and cost will depend on your choice of parcel delivery service, the value and size of your parcel.

The only thing we don’t offer delivery services on is inflated balloons, for that we request our customers to send their own riders or pick the balloons themselves.

Answer: You will receive by email the order confirmation that summarizes your order and the payment details. When your shopping is delivered, you will be given a detailed receipt delivery note of your received order by the carrier.

You are not obliged to accept the replacements and we will only account for them after receiving a go-ahead from you.
